If you are having problems logging in then please follow these simple steps:

In Internet Explorer (your browser) do the following:

• Click on Tools in the menu
• Select Internet Options...

you will now see the following dialog box:

• Select Settings... under Temporary Internet Files
• Click on Every visit to the page
• Click OK

Click on Privacy (at the top of the dialog box) - you will see the following on your screen:

• Click on Default and your browser will get the default values (recommended)
• Click OK

Done - you should now be able to login. Click here to login.
